| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Some amazing reveals this chapter. I think most figured out who the stranger with the bonnet was, but the reason Emilyko took so long getting ready was because they had a lengthy conversation! Some people were wondering why Kate would get angry about her doll when she should have no sentimental possessions, as she normally would have just recently morphed. So now we know she was a Shadow for longer than the rest. The plot thickens.  |
| Well, I have read the raw one. and here is the story in this chapter: Kate has been visiting the village, this is the reason why Kate knows about village at nearby shadows house building and realizing that living doll is human. Kate's real name is Kate Mirror, and Emilyco borrow Kate's name for attending the selection. The reason why Kate come to Shadows House, because she want to get back mirror house. So, Shadows House is Mirror House at past? Also, the black doll in kate's room made by Emilyco herself. More interesting, the locals already believe that there is a fairy which can imitate the opponent's appearance and stealing opponent's face. Ironically, the locals still don't know about Shadow House and even they will proud if their children had been selected to serving shadows house. LOL |

| Holy fucking shit, a lot of things makes so much more sense now. Amazing chapter! Kate didn't mimic Emilico at all, she basically just copied her hairstyle, so they're not connected like the others. Which explains why Kate wasn't really affected when Emilico was brainwashed. I mean Emilico and Kate having different voice actors in the anime must be on purpose as well. It's probably also why Kate wishes Emilico to be different from her, to be her own self. The question is how she managed to successfully infiltrate the Shadows House though, we'll most likely find out once Kate tells her story. Kate's doll actually being made by Emilico is so heartwarming though. And now that I think about it, it's not that out of the ordinary to see shadows outside the Shadows House I guess, they can still copy humans outside. So there's definitely gonna be more of this Mirror Family somewhere outside and they're the original owners of what we now know as the Shadows House. Man what a fucking chapter to end on before the break, I hope the authors get their well deserved break. See ya'll in a month. |

| I am both intrigued and concerned by multiple reasons. I know it's been foreshadowed a lot, but that's what happens when you reveal mysteries in a mystery series. 1. We were already given an explanation what Shadows House is, a plot twist on its own, there was no point saying that there's even more to it. 2. Both Kate and Emylico being the black sheeps was an appealing part of the series, knowing they are literally not like the others really underminds their uniqueness. 3. I guess we're setting on "the rightful heir" ending instead of iternal revolution because Grandfather has to be unquestionably evil even among shadows. |

| Dammn I didn't see that twist coming. So there must have been some kind of faction war in the past where the Mirrors lost. Now it also makes sense why the village is called Mirrorside. I never really noticed the detail about the nose, it was always kind of in our face though. I am surprised Kate managed to trick even the Shadow family with that stunt. Next chapter wait will feel like an eternity but I hope the mangaka can get some rest. |
| Gonna be one hell of a doozy with these revelations turning everything upside down about what most of us initially thought of this series, even if it was expected. Sad that it’s gonna be a month’s wait for the next chapter to drop, but my anticipation is high with this one. |

| "Kate Mirror" => Full name? "Mirrors House" => House name? Does that imply that Kate is a noble? The rightful heir of the house? Or is it something like a "Kate Copy"? This current Kate isn't the same as the one Emilyko met at the circus? The thrown away plushie is the one that made Kate upset when Emilyko used it to wipe the water away. Questions, questions, and more questions... And the author decides to be a true CHAD that he is and go to take a break. Haha :D Take your break, Somatou-sensei. You deserve it for your amazing work. |

| Hmmm... So Kate came from OUTSIDE of the shadows house. Shouldn't she know more about the house since she's apparently a spy of sorts? More importantly how did Kate-Emilico morph happen??? Shadows leave sleeping humans alone in a room with morphs so Kate must have done some "mission impossible" kind of top infiltration moves, right? Hopefully we get satisfactory answers. |

| Now that I think about it there has been a lot of art of Emilyko and Kate with Kate on the other side of a mirror... I wonder what the difference between the Shadows and the Mirrors is gonna be Waiting for that new info is gonna hurt cause of the author's break but their health is more important than the story. I hope they're doin well and I hope they can keep making a great story |

Just caught up reading this myself - its been a crazy story so far and totally floored Kate is actually royalty in a sense lol or somehow a descendent of the original owner. More interesting though, if it's suppose to come back on the 26th, does that mean tomorrow? Or as word changed? Had read somewhere else speculations were for sept 1st-ish hopefully it comes back this week though, that'd be great. | I swear, these last couple volumes feel like the author dug himself into a hole with all these twists and is now coming up with the story on the fly. Kate was called a "special morph" or something by Maryrose, and now apparently she had her form before meeting Emilyko? It just keeps getting more asspullish. |
