12:10 this lion dance troupe literally consist of impoverished street and school dropout kids including the sifu himself. The sifu of this troupe helped most of the members to change their life by encourage them to get education through free class for unfortunate children (lớp học văn hoá/lớp học tình thương) and fix their behaviour so they can become a better person.

Great performance from all teams and the technics has becoming more complicated and dangerous. Great improvements as the years goes by. Thanks to Malaysian Master Xiou for inventing and popularising this High Pole Lion Dance. Before this High Pole technics, Lion dance was mainly for ceremonial opening . May this culture will further strengthen and keep improving . cheers

I have a goosebumps witnessing these young talented from South East Asian Nations. This beautiful culture needs to be maintained and flourish. I would suggest each nation establish a Lion Dance Club, create a fundraising from national industry and businesses.
The trainers will be paid a salary so they can commit theirs work full time. They the trainers can train more young people, give them a good direction and therefore big help to society, the skill they learn from the club will be with them their entire life, spiritually and mentally for they can apply indirectly in any kind of their work and above all maintain this beautiful culture.
I also wish to underscore important factor that young people are extremely active. The government authorities from any countries need to address this by helping young people to consume and digest their energy else they’ll find it themselves and very likely involved in drugs and gangs. So please help to uplift the society by training youngsters the skills, the spirit, the honour, the responsibility to establish a society at higher level.

Brilliant performance to all. However in my opinion i think the china-hk team (purple uniforms) has the best looking lion in appearance. White, gold and red, and the lion head, all stands out. It's a good looking lion again its my own opinion. Performance from that team, every move was smooth, no "stiffness" and more lively. SEA-AIR LOGISTICS TEAM
