| Eren made the Jaw Titan his bitch and regardless of how much Pieck got fucked up, she's still cute :3 Crazy good episode. Visually and acoustically it managed to convey the terror and I honestly felt helpless just by watching the victims, Falco and Gaby. This was like the very first episode on steroids. The intensity also never seemed to dip. Just wow and I'm hyped for handsome Squidward. |

That's true but it could have been done in a better way I think, Galliard didn't have his arms/legs and Eren was toying with him in the middle of the battlefield, it wasn't subtle. |

| I think it's safe to say this the best episode of this season so far. Armin's transformation scene was just 10/10 it's 100 times better than I expected. And the colossal titan was 2D! Honestly they did my boy Armin justice, he looked so good, I was kinda worried he might look weird like Floch last episode lol. Hange and Onyankopon looked great too. AHHHH I'M JUST SO HAPPY THEY'RE ALL FINALLY HERE! Also the nutcracker scene finally happened lmao, I feel so bad for Porco now he looked so traumatized, I never cared about him in the manga but the anime is making me like him alot more. And that gulping sound when Eren ate the Warhammer ugh that was gross and terrifying. Just absolutely amazing episode!! MAPPA GOAT. |

Levi once again knocked down the Beast Titan. Team Sasha and Jean on the other hand almost killed Pieck. Devils of Paradis beat the crap out of Titan Shifter Eldians in Marleys this episode!  |

| This episode was far better than I expected. It was unexpected that Armin's colossal titan was done in 2d, I thought it would have been done in 3d. Ost choice was great. Armin himself looked really good. Glad to see onion coupon animated. Gabi's VA was really great this episode. Poor Porco becoming the nutcracker, also Reiner, give that poor man a break. |

| i've never seen the forum this tame since ep 3. This episode was fucking amazing wow. Of course it's not perfect but it's easily a 10/10 for me. Despite having a lot of ADs the change in artsyles weren't noticeable at all. Loved the use of the 3DCG camera. OST was perfect too. The nutcracker scene was a bit funny to look at haha. AND THE VOICE ACTING. SAKURA AYANE IS KILLING IT *wink wink* (along with Natsuki Hanae ofc). |

eren looked like hot trash,and this is the 3DMG animation. but directing and the the VA were pretty good. armin looks amazing. best deisgn so far better then the last atleast,which is not a high bar. good thing we'll move on to dialogue based episodes soon |

| Unexpectedly good Colossal titan scene, the destroyed environment looked fine too. The nutcracker was ruined in my opinion though. The directing was fine but the 3D Attack Titan is just a punch right into the eyes. |

| They adapted a bit less than I was expecting. They did a bit more than 2 chapters, but I was expecting them to end a bit into chapter 105. That way they'll have less than 2 chapters to animate for the next episode. Hope they don't try to cram too much into the next episode, but I'm not terribly worried about it. The episode was quite thrilling overall. Some of the best moments of the arc was adapted in this episode. Armin looked amazing, the attack on the Cart Titan was thrilling, Levi swiftly taking down the Beast Titan, Eren savagely using the Jaw Titan to consume the War Hammer Titan. The directing, music, and voice acting really elevated the episode a lot. I liked how horrifying the made the Colossal Titan's appearance. I'm surprised that the Colossal Titan is not CG. I guess they decided not to make a CG model of something that won't appear a lot (especially not for intensive action sequences). But seriously, Armin post-timeskip looks super cool. The CG animation for the most part was excellent. There was one ODM gear scene at 4:30-ish that looked jarringly bad, but everything else was great. I'm glad that their starting to use more dynamic shots and camera movement for the titan fights. If you're gonna use CG, might as well use it to its fullest potential. The 2D animation was alright. There was definitely a lot more off-model characters than usual in this episode. However, it's not very distracting during an action-packed episode like this where a lot is usually going on on-screen. Anyways, great episode and I can't wait to see the climax of this arc next week. |
