You complete the game once ( no ntr whatsoever ) and then if you wish ntr route you do it the second time with more options

i played this game in jap ver. 1st gameplay only 1 ntr w/c u can avoid i assure that,.. mc is the one doing the facking the mc here is the opposite of what u guys think hes the hero sametime asshole screwing around lol ..... anyone has save for 2nd time gameplay ?.. i dont want to start all over again
