Small Breasts describes a range of breasts that are noticeably below "average" size. Small breasts are most common on skinny and petite body types, and can also be applied to young/teenaged characters with developing breasts.

Tagging notes:

When exposed, small breasts are often implied with hatching, curved lines and shading on the chest, rather than drawn as clearly defined breasts.

In other cases, small breasts will be drawn as distinct, rounded masses, but widely spaced on the chest.
When clothed, the character's bustline is usually only suggested by by shading or the way the shirt clings/hangs off the character's chest, sometimes defined by a curved lines on the chest.
